IMPORTANT: before applying for a rental, please bring application fee, deposit, and proof of income (paystubs) to the office or contact us for more information.

Resident Qualifications

• All applications must be signed and completed in full.
• A valid form of photo identification is required with application.
• Application fee is $35 per applicant (Check, cashier’s check or money order only. Fees are non-refundable)
• Security deposit has to be submitted with application in the form of check, cashier’s check or money order. If denied, deposit will be refunded. If application is approved and tenant does not move in for ANY reason, deposit will be forfeited. Deposits hold the property for 7 days.
• All co-signers must be residents of Maine.

Approval will be determined based on the following:

• Monthly income must be 3x the rent amount
• Good rental history
• Credit score of 600 or higher
• Any bankruptcies or foreclosures will be considered only 3 years after discharge date
• No previous evictions or debts owed to previous landlords or utilities
• No criminal history
• Permanent employment
