ALpha Management

Your trusted Property Managers for over 40 years.

For over forty years, Alpha Management has provided quality housing and exceptional customer service to its residents. From our modest beginnings, Alpha Management has grown into one of the premier locally owned apartment owners and management companies in the Southern and Coastal Maine region.

Today Alpha Management operates a wide variety of well-maintained residential communities throughout the State of Maine in addition to providing commercial management and leasing services for Oak Hill Plaza in Scarborough, Maine. Being both the owner and manager of these properties is unique in the industry. It means we are not just managing our communities as a business to collect income, but as owners we are managing to create the best possible living experience for our residents. This translates into an enhanced focus on customer service, maintenance of the communities and attention to detail.

While the company has grown over the years, the core values that built our company remain the same and have only grown stronger: leasing quality apartments, providing exceptional customer service and most significantly knowing that through our work we are improving the quality of life for our residents.
