IMPORTANT: When applying for a rental, please send or bring proof of income (paystubs and/or any other source of income including SSI) to the office or contact us for more information.

Resident Qualifications

• All applications must be signed and completed in full.
• A valid form of photo identification is required with application.
• Security deposit has to be paid on or before the move in date.
• All co-signers must be residents of Maine.

Approval will be determined based on the following:

• Good rental history
• Credit score of 600 or higher
• Any bankruptcies or foreclosures will be considered only 3 years after discharge date
• No previous evictions or debts owed to previous landlords or utilities
• No criminal history

Applicants must submit:

• Valid Photo ID of all household members
• Copies of Birth Certificates of all household members
• Social Security Cards of all household members
