The Village at Oak Hill is a 37 unit apartment senior community ideally located in the midst of the Oak Hill neighborhood. It was built in 1982 to provide affordable housing to age 62 and older residents. Consisting mostly of one bedroom apartments, the Village at Oak Hill is a great place to call home. The Village is near the town center with shopping, medical offices and the town library and municipal offices close by.

Resident Qualifications

  • All applications must be signed and completed in full.
  • A valid form of photo identification is required with application.
  • Security deposit has to be paid on or before the move in date.
  • All co-signers must be residents of Maine.

Approval Determined by:

  • Good rental history
  • Credit score of 600 or higher
  • Any bankruptcies or foreclosures will be considered only 3 years after discharge date
  • No previous evictions or debts owed to previous landlords or utilities
  • No criminal history

Applicants must submit

  • Valid Photo ID of all household members
  • Copies of Birth Certificates of all household members
  • Social Security Cards of all household members
